EAD Renewal was rejected because Check/Money order was not signe

我現在的EAD將在九月四號過期。我五月20號寄出了RENEW的申請。今天收到據信，因為我的支票沒有簽名。

現在我該怎麽辦？要重添什麽表格麽？還是把原來的申請Package加一張簽名支票就可以了？
