I-140 (EB2) 於2007年二月批準, I485於2007年7月遞交. 在大學從事基礎理論研究. 欲換至另一大學做相同研究. 新雇主從USCIS網站上摘錄一段文字給我.
"In general, it is important to remember that the foreign national must continue his/her employment with the same employer throughout the entire process in order to achieve permanent residency. Changes of employers or substantial job changes within the same employer will render the application void."
我感到緊張, 我還能換雇主嗎?
