VB---> applies to your Priority Date. If your PR is within the cut-off dates in VB, it means there is a visa number immediately available for your category.
It seems to me your visa number is immediately available.

I-485 Processing times--> there is some uncertainty regarding this. My personal experience shows that the date for employment based I-485 in processing times refers to the notice date on your I-485. If you filed I-485 in July last year, you may as well have a notice date in July. It means that your service center should process your I-485 NOW or soon.

However, there is a difference between processing your I485 and adjucating your I-485. If your name check is not clear, even your case is processed by the service center, it may still be pending.

Under USCIS current policy, you may inquire about your status when your notice date has been within the I-485 processing times for more than 30 days. Within 45 days, the USCIS will send you a letter telling your case status in more details, such as your name check is still pending.
