No need. either will qualify EB2

If possible (O*Net title, job zone=5 and boss agrees), use only MS+1 year, save a lot of trouble in ETA9089 explaning combination of education and experience, also many years of experience brings headache to alternative occupation etc.
But of course, if the job title/ SVP is low, you cannot exclude Bachelor+5 as alternative requirement.
