Question about EAD

最近要申請renewEAD，有兩個問題：
1）在pjiang老師的文章中看到一句話：
“當你是 H-1/4 入境，雖然用了 EAD，"Current USCIS Status" 還是依 I-94 上填。 讓移民局來定你的 AOS，不要擅自奪權。”。 我在使用EAD前是H1,目前485pending，我太太是主申請人。 請問pjiang老師，我的status是什麽？
2）What's the difference between E-filing and paper-filing for EAD renewal? which one is faster, E-filing or Paper-filing?
