I have no idea. I have a friend who filed his case in last July and received nothing. I actually didn't expect so fast response at all. I am very likely to change to H1B earlier next year. If my I-140 was approved after that, I could file my I-485 cocurrently.
But now I need to respond to my RFE before 10/21/04.
