Hi Yayawo,

Just want to remind you that if you decide to use EAD, your lawyer will make more money from your case within 3 years. If you renew H1B, your lawyer will make less money from your case. That might be one of the reason that your lawyer recommends EAD to you.

Once you use EAD, you need to aplly AP. 3 or even 4 EAD+AP, your lawyer will make money from these. If H1B, it is one time deal within 3 years. There is no new deal for your lawyer within 3 years.
