140批了，公司給辦的EB2，要準備遞485。麻煩是我老公現在在中國，不一定馬上能過來，我又不想拖著我自己的485不遞。我的問題是，如果我讓公司幫我先遞485，我老公的能如何處理？

他的485要在什麽時候之前遞上去才可以？
如果他的485不想通過公司律師（律師說分開遞要多交2000塊錢），而是想自己遞，是不是可行？有沒有485的checklist？有沒有什麽材料必須讓公司的律師提供的？
