工作經曆證明必須由單位人事部門出具還是係院教授出具的也行？謝回答！

“Evidence of experience must be in the form of letter(s) from employer(s)"
這裏的“employer(s)必須是人事部門嗎？教授係主任可以是employer(s)嗎？
