if the new degree matchs the h1 position, it might be fine, but I don't think you have a master degree in one field and you would go to community college for the same filed. it looks like the cpt is NOT an option. cos your CPT does't match your position.

H1 has nothing to do with CPT, if your H1 got rejected, you could keep your F1 that is from your community college.
