245(k) is very similar with 245(i), but it is for the employment immigration and the person out of status for less than 180 days. if you qualify 245(k), you could adjust your stauts in US with $1000 fine.

the two months you will work before Aug, might be considered illegal working, not so good, but it is tolerable.
