Sorry to hear that. I guess you haven't received letter yet. My understanding is that life science is almost 99% safe to get approved eventually since it is naturally in the national interest definition (all the people I know who are in life science area). Discussed many times here, the number of papers is not the most critical factor in NIW cases. It is also very important as to how the your application materials are organized and presented. Do you have lawyer? A good lawyer knows how to do that. I would suggest you consult a good lawyer. Ask you friends to recommend one. Don't worry too much and do what you have to do. You will get approved eventually.
