pjiang, I-140 was rejected, please help

Pjiang,
I filed I-140 in Oct 2006 and used EAD card to work in a company. Recently, website has updated that my applicatoin is rejected. I think I need to leave USA as soon as possible. My company is helping me get an H1B. As I understand, I need to go back to China to activate my H1b visa. 但我擔心我回國後, 在中國的美國使館簽證會被拒,因為我有移民傾向.Am I right?
any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
