請教　PJiang, XiaoBaiTu, Experts: AP　renew　的費用

2007年7月申請過AP，舊AP今年9月要到期了，必需再申請新的AP回國。官方的Application for Travel Document （I-131）　instruction寫著：

Filing Fee :　$305 IMPORTANT: All applicants for Re-entry Permit and/or Refugee Travel Documents between the ages of 14 through 79 are required to pay the additional $80 biometric fee.

我去年7月已經交過biometric fee，並且打過指紋了，第二次申請AP要再交一次biometric fee嗎？換一句話說，AP　renew　應該交$305　還是　$385？
