收留沒有身份的人在家裏住會不會影響自己的綠卡申請？

想問問懂法律的朋友們，讓沒有身份的人在自己家裏居住會不會影響自己的綠卡申請？移民局會keep track那些來了美國又沒有回去的人嗎？他們一般是怎麽發現的呀？多謝多謝了。
