Several options:

1. marry, but don't file immigration application,wait for a while, like 1-yr to let things clearing themselves.

2. marry, file immigration case on your own (like EB1, EB2, etc.). Be confident about yourself.

3. don't marry, this way, that K-1 holder will be the winner,and you know: winner takes it all. It's not fair to you.

4. don't marry, and try to move on and file EB case on your own. I know it hurts. But you don't have to live in others' shadow, and fear for bad consequences of others' actions.

What I would do is to choose between option 1 and 2. Never leave any chance for that K-1 holder, she is simply disgusting.
