H1B 離開一年內再transfer不用再占名額?

我現在是H1B， 我想回中國或加拿大休息一下， 我知道H1B 離開一年內再transfer不用再占名額。 我的問題是如我去加(我有加綠卡)， 中間再簽B1/B2入境， 後麵再找工作transfer H1B, 會不會有占用名額？
