回複：NC於03/28/2008完成，請問LUD應該有改變嗎？

FBI給我的信是這樣寫的。

Your NC request, received from USCIS on 11/03/2004,
was processed and finalized on 03/28/2008.
The results were forwarded to the USCIS headquarters.

不知道別的朋友又沒有接到過同樣的信。
這樣的表述是說我的NC已經Clear還是Not Clear？
