urgent help needed, please!

hi everyone,

I submitted my NIW package yesterday to the following address which I got from "Instructions for I-140":
USCIS Texas Service Center
P.O. Box 852135
Mesquite, TX 75185

At the very beginning, when I tried to send it through Fedex, I was told it cannot be sent through Fedex since it is a mail box number, not a street address. So I had to send it by USPS (over night express). However, when I checked the status of delivery in www.usps.com this morning, it showed "Notice Left" (i.e. the package was not delivered), and the second attempt will be made. If the second attempt was not successful, the package will be kept in USPS for 5 days. If nobody picks up the package within 5 days, it will be sent back to me. Is the above address incorrect? What should I do right now?
