THanks for your answer.
So if I use AP to reenter the USA, do I need to file the h1b extention to come back to valid H1B again? I currently H1B is valid thru Jan 1 2011. I am concerning that once I leave and come back with AP, my current H1B will be invalid and I need to file the h1b extension to validate it again after i come back( from PJ laoshi's blog, it looks like this). Or I don't need to do anything and just resume the current h1b to Jan 1 2011?
BTW, my 140/485 is still pending. Let us say I come back with AP and resume the current H1B, is that hurting my H1B if my 140 was denied? Did I need to leave because I had used AP to reenter the USA even I still in h1b status?
Many many thanks
Thanks again.
回複:Wrong, you can still keep your H-1b after using AP
