請教doshexh和各位大俠,6年之後H1renew,如果485被拒,馬上out of status嗎?

不好意思,我的帖子已經沉下去了.再次請教doshexh和各位大俠,6年之後H1renew,如果485被拒,馬上out of status嗎?

我的律師說由於我已經用完6年H1,一旦485被拒,我會Out of status just like I have EAD,但是我朋友的律師說即使485被拒,我還可以一直工作直到renew的H1下個3年到期.到底哪個律師正確?非常感激.
