Pjiang help, Help AP回美有沒有問題? as layoff occurs

I hold H1B but it seems lose job on July, so I cannot hold on my H1 status, But I have to flight back China On May for two weeks. I am going to be back using AP not H1B Visa on June. Is it any problem use AP ( I485 pending)? Should I need to bring employment letter, or any other materials carried with me once entry uS?
