here is what I want you to do

1. check online status of your son's 485. what is the last LUD message said?

2. check with your attorney to find out if any RFE from USCIS. make sure your RFE is not due. SUPER IMPORTANT!

3. check and see if there is name difference between your son's birth certificate and his passport.
