我得說，NC memo 管用。今天收到senator來信，說FBI

方麵的反饋是我和我家LD的NC還在pending。實際上，我們的I-485已於4月8日批準。卡4月15日寄到。
FBI、USCIS許諾說
2008年5月，查清pending三年的案子。
2008年7月，查清pending二年的案子。
2009年2月，查清pending180天的案子。
2009年6月，查清98%30天的案子，和剩下2%90天的案子。
希望大家都早早拿到綠卡。
