(EB2，NSC)。I-140 在2007年4月提交，到現在還 PENDING！但是

但是，今天我有 LUD，可還是PENDING。

PROCESSING TIME FOR NSC 最近是 2007年6月12號。我的 RD 是2007年4月23號。

正常嗎？
