EB3 I40 approved I485 pending for RFE

Hello Every DAXIA,

I got I140 approved on 4/30 (concurrently file 140 and 485 last August 15). I485 is pending for medical exam, so what will happen after I complete medical check? I485 will be pending until my PD is current on VB?
