Help please! 485 ref for TB skin test

Whole family(3 people) got 485 ref today. "Your original Form I-693 medical exam is returned because your TB test results were not documented appropriately. You should return to the civil surgeon who first examined you or another surgeon authorized by CIS to properly complete the Form I-693, including the required TB skin test. "
Our previous civil surgeon didn't do TB skin test for us on Feb. 2007. He is retired now and his office was closed. I made an appointment with another surgeon. He said he will do TB skin test and Blood test(Lab) for us because our blood tests were done more than one year ago. He said that we will get another ref for blood test if we don't do this time because CIS only accept blood test results that have done within one year. Is that true? CIS didn't request new blood test. Should we follow the Docter's suggestion? Thank you very much!
