what is your priority date? If the USCIS already started to handle the case of your priority date, you may make an infopass appointment and ask them. Or if you have lawyer you can contact with your lawyer and let the lawyer to deal with it. You can also write letter to the senator and ask for help, sometimes they can help out too.
