it is not a big issue but very frustrating.. some people here had appeal experience but few of them would like to share information of even just "date" of some steps. I helped one person here for his/her question and asked about date information of his/her appeal at the same time.. he/she checked the answer (no thanks) and my profile but no help.. I posted a similar one on trackitt and got many responses or nice comforting words (like you did)... can not expect everyone as PJ or XBT but .... sign!
