急死了，H1被拒了，請教PJIANG，白兔等高人支招

等了好久終於等到H1抽簽抽到了。可今天律師打電話說被拒了。原因是律師將I94 NO添錯了。急問：
1) 是否可以reopen the denied case and tell USCIS someone filled the form wrong.
2) 我用了AP回國，我是否qualified去申請H1。
請高手支招。
