Are you saying - I still hold valid H1B visa and I can travel aborad using AP with this remark and I don’t need to relinquish my Canadian PR ?

The officer said that he would send this info to my file ( landing Canada on Apr 26) and I may lose my case - which really freightened me.

This is a backup plan and I just don’t want to jeopardize the 485.
