Thanks for replying. To answer your question, I do have a Chinese passport which had been valid until it was expired quite a few years ago. Believe me as I mentioned I have tried my best effort to renew or reapply for it, however, I have not had any luck on this because of the rules set for my kind of passports. So back to my original question, do you or anyone know if I could just show my driver's license as ID? I was told the passport is not required in interview by my attorney. I just want to double confirm this. Many thanks.
