Hi, What is your I-797? Is it a "Welcome Notice" or "Approval Notice"?

My question is that since I got an e-mail from USCIS saying 'Welcome Notice was sent", few days later I got another one saying that "Approval Notice was sent".

I only received the Welcome Notice. I would like to know what is the "Approval Notice".
