在我辦綠卡的過程中，公司雇用美國人會影響我嗎？

是這樣的，公司正在給我和甲辦綠卡，我和甲在同一個組，相同職位。甲昨天辭職了。公司打算在內部提拔一個人（美國人）到我們組。我們綠卡廣告在二月份打完了，但是perm到現在還沒有file。請各位大蝦幫忙指點一下！多謝多謝！_(^)
