I-485 criminal history question.

I filed I-485. there is an option have you been arrested, charged, cited convinced before excluding traffic violation. I select no.
But I was arrested, booked to detention center for "operating with suspended/revoked operator's license". That was 5 years ago when I was in an accident (not my fault) and the police found my license was suspended (I am very surprised). he said he has to take me to detention center according to law. The next day I went to county clerk office and found the reason is they issued me a notice to driving school (because of a stop sign ticket) and I did not receive it. Not attending driving school automatically suspended my license. I showed the fact to judge and she dismissed my case. Then I went to driving school and everything is ok.
My question is, is my experience a traffic violation or do I need to select yes on I-485 and give explanation (I have court record showing case dismissed but I was fingerprinted).
Or just wait and if USCIS ask show them I pick no because I think it is traffic violation and show the court record.
Thank you, pjiang for last time answer. And I hope everyone be careful with any traffic ticket.

Thanks again.
