My experience- Schedule A, I-140 and I -485's were ted

to NSC on 10/27/2006. No update till 12/31/2007. I-140 and I-485s were denied on 01/24/2008. Neither my employer nor my attorney had mail notice after 20 days of denial was sent. Consulted another attorney and my new attorney contacted the local immigration office immediately and requested another copy of denial. I also asked local Congressman for help. My case status changed on 02/21/2008 indicating that the new copy was sent out on 02/22/2008.
Denial notice was received on 02/24/2008 (the post mark on the envelope is dated 02/12/2008). My job posting was submitted 2 days less than 30 days from the posting date. However, it was my former attorney's error. She inadvertently submitted a posting that was meant for another beneficiary. The notice of filing which was intended for my case therefore not filed with the I-140 petition on my behalf. My new attorney filed I-290B form on 02/25/2005 but she indicated it as Motion to reopen( She marked D and wrote : additional evidence to follow shortly) After she received the receipt 7 days later she submitted the evidence which included the right job posing for my case.
My hu*****and's I-485 was updated twice on 04/11/2008 and 04/14/2008 with no status changes. All my I-140 and I-485s were reopened on 04/17/2008. I -140 was approved on 04/22/2208.
