再請問皮匠和各路仙人 "Approval Notice"是什麽東西？

本人全家二月份同時收到綠卡和Welcome Notice.

兩天之後USCIS網上說Approval Notice sent ("mailed"). 但本人及家人從沒有收到這個Approval Notice.

請問：
1）到底“Approval Notice“ 是個什麽樣的文件？跟”Welcome Notice“ 是同一個文件嗎？還是另外不一樣的東西？

非常感謝哪位給澄清一下。

2）如果Approval Notice 跟Welcome Notice 不一樣，且沒有收到的話，我是否可以請從新寄一份？
