NSC received my I-140 in Nov. 2006 and transferred it to TSC last week. Today, I got email from TSC and told me "Your case is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office."Processing time in TSC is July. 2007.Could you tell me if TSC is process my case now or just told me RD is 04/22/08? Thanks a lot.
