Thanks Kitty for always encouraging me! I went to Infopass 2 weeks ago - I waited there for 3 whole hours and saw the OI for only 2 minutes. Firstly, there are 10 windows but only 2 were working so everybody waited patiently. Secondly, the information the OI (a black woman with absolutely no facial expression) told me is not even as much as what the customer service rep had told me. She said my name check is stilling pending which I already knew. I mentioned Memo and guess what? She said it has nothing to do with cases like mine - it only covers people who have already been interviewed. She is such an idiot! She said there is nothing she can do and suggested I can write to TSC. What a waste of time!!
Yes, I have & it was awful!
