ask for donkeyroad's help

I filed my I-485 Jan 05, and my hu*****and as premium has been approved June 05. However, after 3-year waiting, my case is still pending.

My hu*****and case was approved in VSC, and my case was transferred to TSC March 07. I am still living in NY and never moved.

I called TSC in Feb 08, and was told my name check was cleared since Oct 07. They told me my case has been seperated from my hu*****and case mistakenly. After that, I kept calling TSC and was told different stories that my case was being reviewd; my case was not being reviewed; I have to wait till the end of April; I have to wait till another 60 days; I have to wait for another 6 months.

I don't know what I can do now. Can anybody please kindly study and comment?
