Congrats! Did you get "approval notice" or "welcome notice"

Mine was approved 4/15/08 via an email of "approval notice sent on 4/15." However, I have yet received anything. Just wondering what is the difference between these different notices (approval, welcome, card order ......). Not sure whether these notices will be sent to lawyer or home.

Anyway, so relief when thinking of putting this annoying process behind.
