PJ teacher: Thank you. I have read your blog several times before, but still have one question:

I understand he can apply for H-4 visa in Canada even after using AP. My only confusion is: if he uses AP entering US in July, what will be his status? Will that be AOS? If so, if he applies for H-4 visa in August, will he get chance to be rejected by Consulate because of his AOS status?
