my I485 is approved, but...

Does anyone know whether it's normal for CIS to not approve my wife's I-485 at the same time they did on mine? We submitted our 485s at the same time. Mine was approved a week ago, but still no news on my wife's I-485. Really concerned. Thanks for any comments.
