I just got an email from USCIS,'On April 18, 2008, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. Please follow the instructions on the notice to the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail. If you move while this case is pending, call 1-800-375-5283 to update your address.'
I have not contacted our company to see what evidence they ask. But I started to worry about this. Do you know how much % of this kind of case can be rejected. Should I try to find a lawyer for me? Any recommendations on lawyers?
My case is EB3 Nebraska Center, submitted on 3/8/2007
Again, Help! I-140 requsting additional evidence
