My H1b 7th year extention was denied.I don't know what happened.RIR EB2 PD is 12/2004.I-140 485 filed on 6/2007 in TSC.I-140 is still pending.I am going to canada landing.請各位給點建議
1 可以去加拿大簽h1b嗎？
2 如要name check,可用AP回來嗎？
