綠卡上的名字有誤

我兒子綠卡上的名字有誤!錯了個字母.我正在填I-90表,有兩處我不確定該怎樣填寫合適.請教各位前輩.在Part3. "Consulate where Immigrant Visa was issued or USCIS office where status was Adjusted".填簽證批準地或者綠卡批準地? "Date of Admission as an immigrant or Adjustment of Status ". 填簽證批準的日期或者綠卡批準的日期還是第一次進美國海關的日期? 他是K2來美國的.謝謝.
