1. what you got from infoPass is not 100% reliable, lots of people complaint that different IO provide different answer for same question/same application. Particually for name check status, some refuse to tell you, someone is even nice enough to write down information on a piece of paper for you (could be served as proof when file WOM).
2. so you need to get confirmed answer from separeate resource, for your case, either call USCIS or ask senator/congressman for help. If it is truely that your name check is clear, then those administrative approach typically solve the issue
3. don't count on InfoPass IO, they may just say it, not really do something to push.
