EB1b, NSC,concurrently filed Jan 2005,
I-140 was approved May 2005,
RFE about birth certificate in Sep.2006,
FP twice,the last time is May 2006,
EAD 4 times, the last one have not been approved.
AP twice,
Letters to FBI, FIRST LADY, SENATOR, HOMELAND SECURITY HEAD, USCIS, FAX,
Call many times, the last time about two weeks ago was told the case was assigned to IO, memo works finally.
no infopass,
This morning, welcome notice were sent for whole family, what a relief !

Hope those still waiting will get approved soon. We all deserve that.
