Can I get Paroee Stamp on I94 besides going back to China?

Can I activate my AP by having a stamp of Paroee on I94 if vising Canada for two or three days. Does anyone can provide or share some of your experiences?

If yes, where I shall apply for a Canadian visa, I am in MO now.
