皮匠,Which one should I choose?

I-485 Question about my current status and expiration date.
I was a F1 and now OOS. I know I should put F1 under my current status, but I don't know how to figure out the expiration date. Which one do you think I should choose.
1. the date I am supposed to complete the studies on my last I-20.
2. the date OPT expires.
3. 60 days after OPT expires.
